All prices are displayed in the currency specified and are subject to change. Final prices may vary based on availability, seasonal adjustments, and special requests. You are responsible for confirming the final price before completing your booking.

4.3 Payment

Payment is processed securely through third-party payment processors. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for the total booking amount, including any applicable fees.

4.4 Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary by tour operator. Please review the specific cancellation policy for your booking. WeWander's role is limited to facilitating refunds according to the operator's policy and applicable law.

5. Tour Operator Obligations

Tour operators and guides using WeWander agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about their tours
• Honor all confirmed bookings
• Maintain appropriate insurance and licenses as required by law
• Ensure the safety and well-being of participants
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respond promptly to traveler inquiries and concerns

6. Traveler Responsibilities

As a traveler, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when making bookings
• Arrive on time and follow the operator's instructions
• Respect local customs, laws, and the environment
• Carry necessary travel documents, insurance, and equipment
• Inform operators of any health conditions or special needs
• Behave respectfully toward operators, guides, and fellow travelers

7. Reviews and Content

7.1 User Reviews

You may post reviews and ratings about tours and operators. Reviews must be truthful, accurate, and based on actual experience. We reserve the right to remove reviews that are defamatory, abusive, or violate our content policies.

7.2 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you post, but grant WeWander a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the Platform.

You agree not to:

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

9.2 Tour Disclaimer

WeWander is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of tours listed on the Platform. We do not endorse any operators or tours. Travel involves inherent risks, and you participate at your own risk.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeWander shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or personal injury, arising from your use of the Platform or participation in tours.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WeWander, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
